We have dedicated all of our resources and knowledge to aid and assist our clients by helping them resolve their current problems with their real estate holdings.

In addition, with the enormous amount of time required to complete a short sale, Fresh Start Property Solutions has developed a program, called Agent's Advantage, to assist real estate agents with their short sales.  Not only will we perform the short sale negotiations 100%, but we will, also, provide the agent's clients (who are usually in a distressed situation) with a cash buyer for their home (Fresh Start Property Solutions).  This allows the agent to earn their full 3% listing commission without having to find a buyer and without interfering with the time required to pursue their regular income through traditional real estate sales.
